Cross Training Classes
Our 45 and 60 minute classes are designed to increase aerobic fitness, increase overall and specific strength, whilst burning body fat through high intensity training.
Nutrition Coaching
We offer personalised nutritional coaching both online and face to face.
Run Squad & coaching
Our run squad operates all year round and offers our members the opportunity to train with like minded people in a casual yet hard working environment. We offer learn to run programs right through to experienced marathon training plans.
Personal Training
If you want a more individual approach to training, personal training is available in 30 minute time slots.
