Our run squad operates all year round, with our training season built around specific running events such as the Cairns 50 Ultra and the Cairns Marathon.

Our off season involves a more casual and fun approach, whilst still following a structured program and weekly group runs with the squad.

We offer…


‘Learn to run’ training programs right through to experienced marathon training plans.  

 TWO group run training sessions a week-

* Tuesday 5.45pm @ Barlow Park – TRACK SESSION for all levels with a beginner, intermediate and advanced workout.

*Thursday 5.30am @ Esplanade – INTERVALS / TEMPO SESSION with options to run 5km, 8km or 10km+

Whether you’re someone that just wants to run on a causal basis for fun and fitness, or whether you’re training for a specific goal or distance, our squad sessions and our training programs will help motivate you and have you running at your best! 


We offer 12 week running courses in the lead up to the major running events throughout the year


Cairns 50 Ultra, Ironman, Gold Coast Marathon, Cairns Marathon, Melbourne Marathon and Old Mates BYU, which all include personalised goal orientated programs, specific coaching in running technique, strength and conditioning classes, run specific yoga classes, nutrition, and race preparation. Distances from the 5km right through to the 42.2km marathon. 

We also offer ONE ON ONE coaching (both face to face and online) in areas including run technique, specific strength programs and individualised weekly programming.   BOOK A CONSULT HERE.
